This is a small collection of short 3-liner poems of strange or horrible scenes from the perspective of monsters or whatnot.

(1)
Look at the birds in the sky!
First they caw, then they cry!
Then they fall, then they die!

(2)
Preserved humans arrayed neatly on our shelf in glass jars
Soft bodies with no shells like ours sure marinate well!
On harvest day, we will all eat until our bellies swell!

(3)
Monster hiding quietly under my bed
My body feels heavy like solid lead
If I move, it’ll know and I’ll be dead

(4)
First contact ended in disaster
Half the crew gone — brains eaten
To them, the rest are just prey fleeing

(5)
Life wasn’t meant to be so sad!
Take this happy pill and you’ll be glad!
Your pain will be fade and you’ll be remade!
